Yard Chakra grew organically from more than 20 years of supporting clients through wellbeing and holistic therapies at Gracelands Yard, a creative-holistic centre in London.

I have been practising Reiki since 1996 and am an Usui and Karuna Reiki master and teacher, with a background in Eastern head massage and Western herbal medicine. My work has evolved to include intuitive energy healing and tarot, alongside a lifelong interest in health, wellbeing and complementary therapies. These practices are also naturally woven into my own life, with meditation, personal rituals and a holistic approach to wellbeing shared with my family.

My approach is centred on seeing each person as an individual. I intuitively draw on different modalities according to each client’s needs, working with Reiki, chakra balancing, herbs, aromatherapy, visualisation and energy work to support balance and overall wellbeing.

I began creating bespoke aromatherapy sprays and rollerballs for clients, blending and infusing them with Reiki to support their individual requirements, intentions and daily rituals. Clients soon began reordering them for themselves and as gifts, leading us to introduce a small selection of products into the store at Gracelands Yard.

The products also became part of our wider wellbeing community, being used by our yoga teachers and woven into women’s circles and sound bath events at the Yard.

Yard Chakra is a natural extension of this work. Our soy wax candles, handmade chakra sprays and rollerballs bring together aromatherapy and ritual into everyday life; whether seeking calm and grounding, clarity and focus, or an uplifting sense of energy.
